I am a victim of this condition, snoring and sleep apnoea. I struggled with this for quite a few years. It got really bad about three years ago. The last apnoea I had scared the hell out of me. My doctor recomended that I use a CPAP machine. CPAP and I do not seem to agree, my struggle continued, until I came up with my own invention,a inclined, lateral positional pillow. I am able to control my snoring by about 80% and I cannot recall having even a mild apnoea in the last 18 months.

Hi Elizabeth,

I have had a mild case of insomnia and so has a close friend of mine. a appreciate your study and I am a big fan of using natural sleep rememdies to help me get to bed and they work like a charm!

I work long hours and often find it hard to get realxed and fall asleep.

I am currently using a pillow mist spray from Sarong Gaia sleep remedies which have been extracted from the Himalayan Mountains and they work like a charm. I highly reccomend it!

Thanks for your articles.
